Here is the fantastic dessert we made today: Pecan Cream Cheese Pie. I realize this is yet another in a long string of being grateful for food, but believe me, this one is totally worth it.It's recipes by Paula Deen for the pie and Alton Brown for the pie crust. I'm already excited to make it again!
