My mom turned me on to this new cookbook: Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey: Desserts for the Serious Sweet Tooth. Doesn't that just sound like me? It has some seriously sweet recipes in it, and an entire section on chocolate.
We tried a dessert called "White Trash Panini," it's basically peanut butter, chocolate, and marshmallow creme on a croissant, then cooked on the panini press. Kind of like a glorified S'More. Yummy!
