Louisville Temple

We had an opportunity to do some sealings at the temple tonight.  It was great.  The temple was beautiful, as always, and I loved the way the light from the sun seemed to be all around the Angel Moroni.

Garden Peas

I accidentally planted sugar snap peas instead of snow peas. It was a happy accident... Rachael and I picked all the peas and shelled them today - there is enough here for three meals!

Princess Pencils

Rachael's gift from Daddy from his last business trip.  They were outrageously expensive for pencils, but she loves to play with them as toys, so I think it will all work out.

Miniature Golf

We are taking advantage of Ryan being home from China and took Rachael mini golfing today.  She did pretty well - shot a 94 on a full 18.  Not bad for a six year old.  We had a lot of fun - even though it was so hot outside we all broke a sweat!

Joy of Reading

Six years of being read to and one year of learning to read comes to fruition: Rachael read a book to her entire class and all the parents at Kindergarten Graduation! So proud of my little reader.
