We enjoyed the first green beans from the garden today. Yummy! So much better than the ones we tried last year... we used a new variety we had never tried last year, and they were stringy and woody. This year we are back on track and they are wonderful, especially with lots of butter.(Ryan fixed BBQ chicken and cheese potatoes to go with the beans.)

Yummm-eeee! I love the fresh veggies! It makes me want to work harder to get into a house to grow my own!
dang- can I eat dinner at your house? I really hoped to have a garden this year, but apparently you have to do more than hope because it's still just a giant weed-patch. NEXT year I'll have a yummy dinner like yours ;) good job!
