I love dinners that don't require a whole lot of effort on my part so we eat a lot of rotisserie chicken here!

I really like rotisserie chicken! It's moist, tender, and flavorful. And best of all it's not too expensive at the grocery store and makes a great evening meal, usually for a couple of nights. It's also one of our favorite picnic foods.
