Today we went and took some pictures at the Richmond Cemetary. It's been around for a long time; some of the people buried there were born in the later 1700's. It is so amazing to walk around and look at all the different generations of people, and the sometimes fascinating tombstones they erect. There are some marvelous obelisks in this cemetary. I'm grateful we have a way to remember those who have gone on before... one of my favorite quotes on one today was "Not dead but gone before."
